Bageri & kafé
I do all the baking myself. Only with pure and mostly organic ingredients.
To add on to that I use coffee from coffee roasters Ief en Ido.
All my dairy, eggs, fresh produce come from organic farm: Hoeve Biesland.
You can have a fika in the kafé, take home or pre-order :)
Having a fika by yourself, or giving, one can be a kind gesture. Instead of flowers, as a gift or a thank you. For a birthday, for work, for a celebration or a farewell...
There is always time for a Fika 💛

LITE FRUKOST & LUNCH
At the moment I have:
- Delicious Fröknäcke or a surdegsfralla with butter, ham, cheese, cucumber & scrambeld eggs if you want :)
- Warm 'gröt' - oats, seasons fruit, fröknäcke, brown sugar & a splash of cold milk...
- Greek yoghurt, seasons fruit, granola & drizzle of honey :)
I started with baking inspired by my mothers old recipe book, which is full of delicious baking recipes from friends and family, which she collected while she grew up in Sweden.
Aside from that, I have a passion for research and challenge. Which now helps me develop my own recipes every day :)
