Hello everyone :) My name is Charlie, I'm half Swedish and 20 years old.

My Swedish bakery-café, called Charlie's Fika, is based on the happy feeling that Sweden gives me. And created to have a goal and challenge where I can put my energy in every day.

I have been going to my family in Sweden all my life, which I have many beautiful memories from.

The free feeling in the beautiful wide nature, the delicious food, the loving people & the different kind of life.

Baking is a big part of the culture, they take a break several times a day with something sweet and a coffee. Also called a Fika.

It's more than just a break. It is an old tradition that connects people and offers moments to enjoy and stand still for a moment.

I make personalized Fika's, with quality, simplicity and love at their core.​

Through Charlie's Fika I want to capture this feeling, and slowly showing more and more of it.​

From Swedish candy, snacks and drinks, that people have known their whole life, to interior that reflects that feeling. ✨
