Most of the things that I bake, are inspired by my mothers old recipe book, which is full of delicious baking recipes from friends and family, which she collected while she grew up in Sweden. 

Aside from that, I have a passion for research and challenge. Which helps me develop my own recipes every day :)

I do all the baking myself, with mostly organic ingredients from farm: Hoeve Biesland.

To add on to that I use coffee from coffee roasters Ief en Ido, even bryggkaffe :)
